HOW WE SHOOT WEDDINGS  AT DARENTH VALLEY PHOTOGRAPHY

Photographing weddings is my absolute favourite thing in the world. I love being around people and nothing quite compares to the amazing feeling I get from capturing the love between two people

My style is documentary and reportage mainly, capturing the moments as they happen naturally but  I like to give some guidance for formal and couple photos to make sure we get the ‘must have wedding photos’ such as a beautiful close up of you both and a wide shot of you with your venue. To make sure I don’t miss a moment I always work with an assistant, which really comes in handy for those speedy kissers!

We can literally spend all day with you from bridal prep in the morning until the late hours of your reception party. During our time with you we’ll not only capture stunning portraits of you and your guests, we’ll also photograph all of the little details that you’ve put so much thought into, the table decorations, wedding favours and delicate sugar flowers on your cake.

When we can, we’ll also be there for other moments leading up to your wedding day, including checking out the venue with you to scope out all the best photo locations and attending your wedding rehearsal.

We are based in Sevenoaks, Kent but we quite happily travel all over to photograph weddings. We also cover all types of ceremony including handfasting, civil partnerships, gay marriage, same sex marriage, interfaith and Asian weddings.
